1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the loa51 platform, accessible at loa51.app and any associated mobile or desktop applications. loa51 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports betting services, with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market.

loa51 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, loa51 will notify registered players via their registered email address and display a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or bonus terms published elsewhere on loa51, the specific terms shall take precedence for that particular product or promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All content on the loa51 platform — including game titles, graphics, software, promotional materials, and editorial copy — is the intellectual property of loa51 or its licensed content partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any loa51 content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

loa51 operates as an entertainment platform. The platform does not guarantee any financial return from gameplay. All game outcomes on loa51 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of cards, roulette wheels, or dice operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

loa51 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. loa51 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the holder cannot satisfactorily verify their age. Any winnings accrued by an underage account holder will be forfeited and, where possible, returned to the original payment source.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

loa51 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law access loa51 entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. loa51 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction. It is each player's sole obligation to determine whether accessing loa51 is lawful in their location before registering.

2.3 Registration Process

To register a loa51 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) loa51 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a violation of these Terms. loa51's fraud detection systems monitor for duplicate accounts continuously. Identified duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be voided at loa51's sole discretion.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

loa51 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to your Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time loa51 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your loa51 account credentials, including your username and password. loa51 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify loa51 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. loa51 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your loa51 account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, email, or mobile number must be reported to loa51 support promptly. loa51 uses registered contact details for security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming communications — inaccurate details may result in delays or missed critical notifications.

3.3 Account Activity

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. loa51 will notify the account holder via their registered email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee is ৳200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy fee has been applied may be closed without further notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

loa51 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers from Bangladeshi financial institutions including Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major institutions. The full list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the loa51 cashier. loa51 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier level and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Players at higher VIP tiers — including Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond — benefit from elevated weekly withdrawal limits.

4.3 Same-Name Payment Policy

All deposits to and withdrawals from your loa51 account must be made using payment methods registered in the same legal name as your loa51 account. Third-party payments — where the sender or recipient name does not match the loa51 account name — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be refunded to the originating payment method, and the associated loa51 account will be subject to a compliance review. loa51 bears no responsibility for transaction fees arising from such refunds.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes for standard amounts from verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. loa51 will communicate any delays via the player's registered email.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on loa51 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT. loa51 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not wagered within the specified time period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

loa51 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotion mechanics in ways not intended by loa51, or systematically low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements in games excluded from bonus play. Where bonus abuse is identified, loa51 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

loa51's six-tier VIP loyalty programme rewards players based on cumulative real-money wagering activity. Tiers progress from Bronze through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Each tier unlock is based on accumulated loyalty points earned from qualifying real-money play. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Results are settled based on official match outcomes as declared by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). loa51 reserves the right to void any bet where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, or where the bet was placed based on incorrect odds published due to a manifest error.

6.4 Responsible Gambling During Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on loa51 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account (duplicate account creation).
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display malfunctions knowingly — any player who exploits a manifest error is required to report it immediately; winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime through the loa51 platform.
• Accessing loa51 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with loa51's software, security systems, or API infrastructure.

loa51 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigations relating to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. Player information may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice where legally required.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request closure of their loa51 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing voluntary closure, loa51 will confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonus wagering requirements, or open bet settlements on the account. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

8.2 Closure for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of the account dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion is applied for a minimum period of six months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window. loa51 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them as a priority. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period; any such account will be closed immediately.

8.3 Termination by loa51

loa51 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where loa51 reasonably believes that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Where an account is closed by loa51 for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the verified payment source.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of a loa51 account — whether voluntary or by loa51's decision — the account holder's right to access the platform ceases immediately. All active sessions will be terminated, pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules, and the account will be archived. loa51 retains account data in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the loa51 Privacy Policy.
